Teammate Declutterer/Organizer (Part-time/As-needed)

Are you interested in a part-time gig that allows you to get out of the house, get some exercise in, help change peoples’ lives, and turn any space into a clutter-free, orderly haven? Then becoming a teammate might just be the role for you! In order to excel in this position you must have a keen eye for detail and a real readiness to put in some physical work (think lifting heavy and moving around constantly for at least 5 hours). • You have EITHER:
  • Weekday availability (Tuesday-Thursday) from 9-2ish
  • OR
  • Weekend availability (Saturday-Sunday) from 9-4ish
• Be proficient in Google Workspace
  • including being able to connect virtual before a scheduled project
• Ability to lift heavy things comfortably and carefully
• Ability to sort many different types of items
• Enjoy connecting with many different types of people in a personal yet professional way. You should be able to make clients feel comfortable and calm no matter the situation.
• Not afraid of/don’t mind mess, pets, some pests, bugs, dirt, etc..
• Follow instructions and anticipate what should happen next with minimal redirection.
• Natural organizational instinct to make things look tidy, orderly, and meticulously nice.
• Ability to drive to and from jobs around the greater Columbus, Ohio area including Plain City, Marysville, Delaware, etc. (please note gas compensation is not included in hourly pay).
• Optional: Ability to hang many different types of items.
• Optional: Ability to drop off donations at nearest thrift store after session completion.
